  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Gear must show no signs of wear or use.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.

  • Original Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

5. Refunds
